Congratulations to Mattacheese technology coach, Molly Fedele , who was one of the recipients of the 2018 Grant Awards from the Educational Foundation of Dennis and Yarmouth.
The 2018-2019 newscast program has already started. Ms. Fedele’s goal is to elevate the level of our newscasting program and increase the technology skills involved in the sound editing process. Many students at Mattacheese strive to be on the newscast or part of the process. It helps to build community throughout the school and beyond. Students often interview one another and share successes that would otherwise go unnoticed. The students research and write stories , read them in front of the green screen, edit the footage and create slideshows for pictures within a picture element.
